Ms.Sheetal Joshi is a professional trainer with over 10 years of experience in organising and conducting trainings for Self Help Promoting Institutions (SHPIs) including NABARD, Self Help Groups (SHGs), NGO chief functionaries and rural women and young girls on Saving, Budgeting and Financial Education.
She has conducted trainings in TOT (Training of Trainer) mode on Financial Education and Financial Inclusion for Chief Functionaries of Self Help Promoting Institutions (SHPI) of Bihar Jharkhand and Chattisgarh. She has conducted trainings on Financial Inclusion and Bank linkage for chief functionaries of various department of SHPI supported by NABARD across the state of Rajasthan, Chattisgarh. She has been Organising Trainings for Adolescents and rural women on Savings and financial planning in 14 states of India. She also has experience of development of Training module and adaptation of various training modules as per the requirement. She has good experience of conducting trainings using participatory learning methods.
She had empanelled as Resource Person with ICAI and conducted few IAP in the state of West Bengal and Jharkhand.
She is looking into overall business development, branding and customer relationship of the organisation.
